At KIKI THE BRAND, we want you to feel confident and empowered in your pieces. If your order isn't the perfect fit, we accept returns for store credit within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn and in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 5 business days.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our team inspects your return for quality assurance, a digital gift card will be issued to your email for the full value of the items.
